Shipping policy

Delivery charges range from £5.99 to £20 depending on product ordered and location.

Cake slices, cake loaves, and chin chin orders of less than £25 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post at £5.99
Perishable food orders will cost £15 for delivery and will be sent via APC Overnight Courier within mainland UK.
Some regions within Scotland may incur an additional charge we will contact you should this apply.

General delivery time can be anytime between 8 AM – 8 PM, however, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier to confirm the estimated delivery time Should you require your order to reach you before 12noon on the day of delivery, please select the guaranteed 12noon delivery option on checkout which will cost £20 within mainland UK. Note that this service is not available to all regions, should this apply to your order we will contact you to discuss.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and have not given special instructions, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place at your address, leave it with a neighbor, or return your order to their nearest depot for collection, and they will leave a card to inform you where your order has been left.

Most of our orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however, some orders may take up to 48 hours from dispatch due to logistics with the courier company.
